The enquiry lands in our dashboard and notifies us immediately. You get a reply from the person who would actually do the work — not a sales rep — usually within one working day. For Maps enquiries that reply includes the geo-grid scan of your current position, which takes us about an hour to run.
- Yes. It costs us about an hour and it is the most honest sales pitch we have: either the grid shows you are already covered, in which case you do not need us and we will say so, or it shows a problem worth fixing. There is no obligation, no call required, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
- For Maps and local SEO: your exact business name, city, and the two or three searches you most want to be found for. For software: what the system needs to do, who uses it, and what you are using today — even if that is Excel and WhatsApp, which is a completely normal starting point.
- Yes. The smallest engagement we run is a single-location Maps foundation fix. Below that, we will often just tell you what to change yourself and send you away without an invoice, because a small honest answer earns more referrals than a padded proposal.
- Audits and Maps foundation work typically begin within a week. Application builds start at the next discovery slot, usually two to three weeks out. If something is genuinely urgent — a suspended profile costing you enquiries every day — say so and we will tell you honestly whether we can fit it in.
