Relocation businesses lose money in the gaps: a survey that never becomes a quote, a quote that undercuts because the estimator guessed the volume, a truck that runs half empty, a claim with no photographic record. We built a platform that closes those gaps, currently running across a mover network with a customer-facing app on top.

AHow it works
The parts that actually decide the outcome.
01
Survey app that produces a defensible quote
The surveyor walks the house room by room on a phone, tapping items from a catalogue with pre-set cubic volumes and shooting photos as they go. The quote is computed from actual volume, distance, floor count, lift availability and packing grade — so the estimator's mood stops being a pricing input.
02
Bilty, LR and paperwork in one press
Consignment note, packing list, inventory sheet and delivery challan generated from the same booking record, in the print formats your operations already use. No re-typing between the office register and the driver's file.
03
Dispatch board with real capacity
Drag a booking onto a vehicle and the board tells you whether the cubic volume actually fits, whether the crew is already assigned, and what the return-leg opportunity looks like. Empty-run reduction is where the margin hides.
04
Tracking the customer can self-serve
A tracking link the customer opens without an account, showing the real stage — packed, loaded, in transit, out for delivery — with an ETA. Your office phone stops ringing with 'where is my truck'.
05
Claims with an evidence trail
Every item photographed at packing and at delivery, timestamped and tied to the booking. When a claim comes in, the dispute resolves from the record instead of from an argument, and insurers accept the documentation.
06
Funnel and branch economics
Where leads come from, which source converts, which salesperson discounts hardest, and per-branch profitability after crew and fuel. The reports that tell you which marketing to stop paying for.
BDelivery process
What the first few weeks look like.
01Week 1
Process mapping
We sit with your operations for two days — a survey, a loading, an office day — and map how the business actually works rather than how the org chart says it does.
02Week 2–3
Pricing engine setup
Your rate card, volume catalogue, distance slabs, packing grades and margin floors encoded and tested against last quarter's real bookings to confirm the quotes come out right.
03Weeks 4–8
Rollout by branch
One branch live first, surveyors trained on the app, then the rest follow once the first branch stops asking questions.
04Weeks 9–10
Customer app & tracking
The customer-facing app and tracking links go live once operations data is reliable enough to show a customer.

The survey app changed how we quote. Earlier the estimate depended on which surveyor went, and we were losing on long-distance jobs without knowing why. Now the volume comes off the inventory and the margin floor stops anyone quoting below cost. Bilty and packing list printing in our own format meant the office staff didn't have to relearn anything.

Logistics — the questions we actually get
Written as straight answers, including where the honest answer is 'no' or 'it depends'.
Yes. Print formats are built to match the documents your operations and clients already recognise — including your letterhead, terms on the reverse, and the copy count you file. Changing a format later is a configuration change, not a rebuild.
It is designed for exactly that: large tap targets, a searchable item catalogue with pre-set volumes, works offline in a building with no signal, and syncs when they are back in range. In practice surveyors take about twenty minutes to learn it, and they stop carrying a clipboard.
From cubic volume computed off the surveyed inventory, distance slab, floor count and lift availability at both ends, packing grade, insurance option and any additional services. Your rate card and margin floor are encoded, so a salesperson can discount within a band but cannot quote below cost without an approval.
Where the marketplace exposes an API, yes — leads land directly in the pipeline with their source tagged. Where it does not, we support email and webhook ingestion so aggregator enquiries still get captured and attributed rather than living in an inbox.
We'll run the geo-grid scan on your current Maps position and send back the grid — the same artefact a paying client gets monthly. No call required, no obligation attached.
